All music is played at a volume that is easy to talk over; and with more than 28 years of professional playing experience, Jim’s style, tone, and repertoire of many song favorites will delight guests and compliment any event.

PERSONAL STATEMENT: I have performed at hundreds of venues & events mostly focused through out South Florida including the Breakers’ Hotel in Palm Beach.; Riverside Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale’s Historical River Walk District; the beautiful Vizcaya (Museum and Gardens) in Miami; the Portofino at Universal Orlando; Various Fund Raisers; Weddings Receptions; Restaurants; and for a variety of City, County & Corporate functions.
My goal is to satisfy each client with the appropriate music for their event and that all guests will be pleased with the sound and repertoire from one of the finest guitarist in the area.

Jim also performs with a vocalist to form the Uptown Duo, featuring the rich and warm vocal styles of Tammie Mason. Together Tammie and Jim provide a professional and upscale performance along with a new and refreshing sound in the style of smooth jazz and light pop. This duo is ideal for clients who desire a little more musical variety and/or dancing at their event. The Uptown Duo consists of two of the finest musicians in the area and will create a wonderful ambiance for any event or special occasion.
