I’ve been playing since I was 8 and played in my first band at 12. I made all cuts for the school bands in high school at 14 including the A.P. class Jazz Ensemble and Rock Combo. Played up through college with big band jazz bands playing blues, rock and of course big band jazz. I cut my first album at 16 and sold several tracks to Sony during the first stages of production for Sony play station in 1998 and remained in Jazz Bands in college. During the last 3 years my band “Ten-On” did just about everything except get signed. Band Influences:
Guns N’ Roses (all time best band) Metallica before the black album, lately the west coast vibe of Sugarcult has been in my stereo, New Found Glory, Yellow Card, Bowling for Soup, Sum 41, Green Day, All American Rejects, American Hi-Fi…bands like that. However, my influences don’t reflect the style to be played, I merely subject myself to what I find challenging as a musician and apply it the band I’m playing in.
