My first choice of music to sing is country; because I am a country girl, who likes to ride quads,listen, write and sing my own songs and put my heart and soul into singing country music.I would like to find someone who also likes to write music.I have sung in previous country, country rock and classic rock bands. I'm looking for a band who wants a singer with some country rock soul! I love to wear cowboy hats and boots, and hike my 30 acres.I feel like Gretchen Wilson stole my chance.Ha,Ha! But I don't give up easily! My style and personality is alot like hers; except we look totally different. My voice is a cross between her, JoDee Messina,Miranda Lambert and Terri Clark. I write alot of music sitting in the woods. I would really like to find a partner who plays guitar well and likes to write also.I am more of a singer/performer, than guitar player. I play to write music; and play some rhythm guitar on stage.I would rather put my heart and soul into my singing and connecting with the audience than playing guitar on stage. My goal is to put together or join a kicked up band, that reaches in and grabs the soul and keeps people wanting more!
