I have to say, I was dancing and singing, since I have been in diapers! When I was in first grade, Jim Henson from Sesame Street came to my school to perform with puppets in Philadelphia Pa. The school was St.Fifth Patrick's . It had burnt down years ago. That day, I think I was one of four white kids in my school. The principle asked an auditorium full of kids, who is your Hero? I raised my hand like all the kids, and the principle picked me. Stand up! He said! Who is your Hero? I said, ''Alice Cooper!'' He said, Alice Cooper, well whose that? 600 kids and teachers, and no one said anything but, huh? After a silence, I then replied, ''I SAID IF YOU DON'T KNOW? THEN YOU AIN'T HIP!'' I was 6 or 7 then. I got to talk and work with Jim Henson that day, struttin' my stuff to the stage to perform with 'The Muppet's'! At the end of the show as the kids were leaving. The principle stoped me and asked? "If maybe? After all the excitement of the events, and all the kids laughing and such, and everybody enjoying the show! If I had a new Hero?" "No way!" I said, "Alice Cooper RULES THE WORLD!" The very next year, I wrote and sang my first song, called 'Free To Be Me'. I taught myself piano and guitar, and other instruments shortly after that! To Mr. Alice Cooper Sir, THANK YOU!!!! For your wonderful gift of musical mojo! You have inspired me in so many ways from day one! I hope to make you proud of me! Although I have many great musical influences. Alice Cooper is still my Hero! ALICE COOPER STILL RULES THE WORLD!!!!!
