Band to Join.

ABOUT

I consider myself a utility musician, a band fattener if you will. I'm the guy that covers all the instruments most bands cannot afford to employ full time, like the cello player brought in for that one ballad. I use synthesizers, but my goal is to sound as much like the real instrument as possible and I've gone to great expense to do it. With my tools I can do very believable pedal steel guitar (independent bending and all), fiddle, harmonica, cello, guitars, sax, flute, bagpipes, trumpet, banjo, accordion, string sections and horn sections. I go for total realism down to the most minute detail. The trick is to think like a player of the instrument you're modeling.

I toured with the Bellamy Brothers, Billy Crash Craddock and have performed with Charlie Daniels, Reba, Tanya Tucker, Kitty Wells, Ava Gardner, Wallace Coleman, Charlie McCoy and many others. I've played professionally for over 40 years. I stopped touring years ago to raise my children. But they are grown now and I just moved to Murrells Inlet. I'm looking for a band that plays interesting music and plays a lot! I can work everyday and will travel. I can make your band sound bigger and better.

EQUIPMENT

I have the everything needed to perform at a professional level at all times. I currently use several Kurzweil and Nord keyboards. For wind controller I use Yamaha WX5 controllers, Yamaha VL-70m's Roland XV/20 for live performance. Grand Piano, B3, D6, Rhodes and Wurlitzer are all covered. With the wind controller very believable Horn Sections, String Sections, guitars, woodwinds (sax, flute, ) and solo string instruments are achievable.
