I was once very committed to music but then work took over. I'm now back for some productive fun which could include jams, projects, or maybe limited gigs. I grew up on prog rock and jazz/rock fusion but most of my gigs were R&B/top40 and, more recently, alternative/rock. I listen to and learn from everything. I'm serious about playing music but, ultimately, I'm in it for the fun.
I'm looking to connect with good, seasoned, and reliable musicians who want to get together as a way to have fun, improve their playing, and learn some new tunes. I’m not particularly interested in gigging but I’m flexible and well equipped. I’d really love to find some players who want to work on their jazz chops. I’m not currently plugged into the jazz community so if you know horns, bass, and/or keys that’s a great plus.
I have a family and a day job so I have a limited amount of time to commit to this.
