No, I haven't been playing for only 1 year. I picked up the bass again after a few years and have been playing for about a year now, so to say otherwise I'd be lying. Might as well be honest from the get-go. Then again, I play for about three hours a day and am pretty much a natural musician. I LIVE THIS. Hear it for yourself.

I'm definitely looking to join something or start something on the darker side of prog metal, but more song oriented, with a hint of Gothenburg melodic thrown in. I am not interested in 'Look what I can play' music or in re-hashed 80's thrash, power metal, screamo, etc. It has to be dark, complex, narrative, maybe even a touch symphonic here and there. If you think a sudden acoustic passage in the middle of a grinding dirge in low B is cool, you're who I'm looking to play with.

BTW, I'm the guy who shows up early, with ideas, ready to play. No BS. No drama, No drugs. Just music.
