PSR Music Group was established in 2009, based in San Francisco, CA as the parent company to Pacific Soul Records, founded in 1993 by Ray “Xraydusa” Wilcox. We are first and foremost an “Indie Record Label”, a phat overall music company with two core businesses: recorded music and music publishing.
