I am a seasoned bass player and drummer. I am formally trained and have been playing in many types of bands (from Classical to Honky Tonk Country). I use my training as a tool box, not a hammer. I want to work together with like minded people who can listen and contribute to the overall sound. I know the difference between dynamics and volume. I really want to join a band that is working and need fast addition; someone who can learn tunes and be ready at rehearsal. I have a good day job, so this will be a side gig. Wanting to rehearse once a week and gig 2-3 times per month. I have pro gear and pro attitude. I am serious about getting a good sound, but not about getting everything absolutely like the record If it sounds good and feels good, it is good. I love to have fun, and watch the audience have fun too.
I have very strong vocals and can harmonize easily.
Lets get together and make some tunes, have some fun.

Influences

For BASS: I like classic rock from the 60's-present. I love Chicago/Texas style guitar blues. Clapton. Muddy Waters, Buddy Guy, SRV etc. I also like some Modern rock like Foo Fighters, Green Day, Nickelback, 311, The Killers; anything that could be called party rock! Get the crowd involved.
For DRUMS: Jazz, Big Band/Swing, Blues (anything that swings), classic rock.
