I am primarily a guitarist(acoustic /electric)lead guitar and vocalist although I have gigged as a bass player, and keyboardist. I play accordion and mandolin at times on jobs, and I am good at talking to the audience. Influences
First gigs at age 16 - James Taylor/Simon&Garfunkle and bluegrass. Toured country at age 20 with fiddle player- Irish-step dancing/old time Western swing and bluegrass. Bob Wills/Asleep at the Wheel/Jerry Jeff Walker/; Played electric bluegrass/modern country as a bar band every weekend in the 80's- New Grass Revival/ John Hartford/Nitty Gritty Dirt band; moved to PA -played lead guitar in dance party band at resorts- -KC Sunshine HOT HOT HOT Etc.. Did lounge and blues for 10 years -Bonnie Raitt/ Etta James/ Willie Dixon/Wes Montgomery. Always interested in seeing musical possibilities.
