We are a Youth Center located in Council Bluffs, IA. Our address is 600 16th Avenue. This is just east of the South Expressway overpass, and a short distance north if I-80/29. We are open Tuesdays-Thursdays from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. and offer companionship with friends and a place to make new friends.

Wednesday nights we offer free food. All three nights are also open for games, pool, darts and companionship.

Fridays and Saturdays we are open from 3:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Usually, we have live band from the area, region, and nation, and dancing in addition to the games. Check this space for performance schedules.

The cost is typically about $5.00, depending on the artists playing that night. Details will be posted as they become available.

Drugs, alcohol, and smoking are not permitted. We know you can have a good time without those.

R.E.B.E.L.S. has been open for more than six years. Come visit Tuesdays through Saturdays to find out more and see what's happening.
