I have played guitar for 8 years, and have recently picked up bass. I have a band at the moment but we are short on members and rarely have time to practice.

I play different types of metal on guitar, but on bass I play more classical stuff like moody blues and fleetwood mac (it's more interesting than newer music - sue me).

I tried playing lead guitar before, but I always seem to be much better at playing rhythm. I do lack some creativity, as I have burned myself out doing graphics work over the past couple years. I do NOT like playing other band's music unless its for learning purposes.
