ABOUT

Originally from Casablanca, Morocco, Remy is a Rock and Blues based guitar performer with incredible playing versatility across genres. Remy was classically trained in piano as a child, but soon became proficient in guitar, bass, and drums. In 2008 Remy moved to Boston, MA to get his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Berklee College of Music. Remy now lives in New York City and is focusing on guitar performance, but is also a project developer, arranger, and artistic director for bands.

As a project developer, Remy produced and directed the music for 'Jon Finn in Morocco,' a residence and tour in Morocco with world class rock guitarist and Berklee Professor, Jon Finn. For more info on this project and Remy's involvement, watch this video:

Remy is an experienced session player, able to perform and adapt to numerous band settings. He is often called in as a session musician for BMG artists. In addition to performing, Remy has always been highly involved in arrangement. Some of his work can be heard in the music of Christine Kern, Justin Layman, and the Djangobilly.

Remy is a committed and passionate musician who believes that "music is not a skill competition, but the reflection of the heart, an art form that is meant to be shared."
