Rev is toast - it's just me looking for a fresh, original gig - or at least mainly original. Mine, ours or yours. But yours better be ours after not too long. Just saying. No control freak sh&*!
A: I am now 50+ lbs lighter than in the picture -damn near "ripped" quality. ;)
Don't worry about my age - I'm probably better to look at stripped to my skivvies than most 25 yr olds in the USA. Maybe even better HAIR. And it's real. :) I'm younger than Steve Via and generally look as good. I haven't been a rock star and ruined myself nearly as bad as some of my peers. Famous and not. :) Sayin. Lot of broke and broken musicians out there - with bad, bitter attitudes. Stay away if that applies to you. I'm not famous YET - but I'm not bitter. In the words of Joe Walsh, "Life's Been Good To ME So Far". But some HAS really sucked. Duh! Maybe I was being "Seasoned by Fire? or some such. WHo knows - or cares. The past is past. Next box!

Influences
From rap to rock, classic to country, metal to mellow, pop to punk - I've been doing music for a few decades! :)
Point is it needs to be stimulating to me,not pattern based stuff like country, blues or old-school rock(why is that so hard for people to grasp?) - so the challenge of original music is best. I'm still leaving a lot of genres as "open". And feel free to ask if you think your group fits in my no category but you are so fresh how could I possible not take a look. i'm not always right on that stuff.

Vocals -ah, the ever elusive frontperson who is serious and can sing. That isn't me - but it could be occasionally, especially if I am not expected to be SUper Bassman AND sing. Sure, I can do & Nation Army or Simple Man and sing(ugg!), but not something nice and fast and more complex. I have really been getting into looping and that really opens up some cool possibilities to do both - looper bassman holds down the fort on a more basic thing so I can sing or get crazy up neck. I challenge your guitarist to an effect pedals battle!! Just kidding, but yeah, I have more than a board-full -only used as icing on some song. Not on everything. I used to refuse to even use effects on theory they were lame-o. I've since learned better. IT's what modern bass players do. Use effects - MicroSynth For The Win!!

PA, board, digital recording board, mics, stands, bass gear, basses, guitars, keys, odds & ends. Very nice heated/cooled/carpeted practice area at house on rural property(48357, Milford Rd + M-59 area)
