I've been playing guitar for over 17 years now. I've jammed in bands ranging from Death Metal to Funk/R&B.
I don't mind playing cover songs, but I prefer to play original stuff in the heavy metal, or any rockin' genre.
However, I like to play blues-metal like "Down" and I love to jam experimental metal like "Meshugga".
So, most of all, I'm looking for a drum player to collaborate with on complicated beats and crushingly heavy metal!
However, if your a multi-talented musician of any kind in my area, email me at...rev.jaymz@gmail. com

Influences:

Pantera, Meshugga, Down, Andy McKee, Hellyeah, Mudvayne, Alice In Chains, Gwar, Metallica... hell, I'm influenced by all types of music other than whats listed; music is my life and generally all I care about!

Equipment List:

For guitar, I have my Ibanez RG series with massive tone and sustain for all the metal I do. I also have a Washburn Lyon for blues licks and funk style.
I have a Digitech rp100 and a Boss processor pedal for effects also.
I have a nice warm sounding acoustic too, for when I need that sound... which I love!
I have a Peavy trans-tube amplifier for my guitars which pumps over 200 watts of brain melting power.
I have a Yamaha jazz bass that I play in one of my current bands.
I don't have a bass amplifier however... but I DO have a 2x15" cabinent to hook a head up to. I also have an old 100watt pa and many other assorted equipments and speakers etc.
