We are a two piece metal band looking for a drummer. The band consists of myself as the vocalist/ bass player along with a guitarist. I have a house with jam space and a recording studio. Both the guitarist and I work second shift so we are available to practice monday thru friday in the morning or at night. With the night practicing during the week it would be awesome if the drummer had an electronic drumset along with an acoustic drumset for practicing flexibility. Completely open all day and night saturday and sunday for practicing and future shows. Ultimately we are looking for a metal drummer who is capable of playing everything. We are an original band and intend on only playing originals with maybe a couple of covers in the beginning for fun. We are looking for someone who is fully commmitted and willing to share our goals and dreams of going all the way to the top. Ultimately we are looking for a drummer to get acclimated with our songs and to write new songs with and play shows on the weekends until we get signed. We are open to the idea of getting a practice space but it is unecessary if the drummers schedule cordinates with ours. Are you ready to make this happen? Pantera, Mudvayne, Slipknot, Damageplan, Alice in Chains, Korn, System of a Down, Hellyeah, Sepultura, Slayer, Metallica, Soundgarden, Stone Temple Pilots, Rage Against The Machine, Audioslave, Seether, Shinedown, Tool, Disturbed, fu*k too many to list really. Our music is a combination of so many different influences depending on what the feel and emotions behind the song is. But mainly we play metal. The good stuff... The stuff that is fun to play.
EQUIPMENT
Ibanez 5 string bass and a Ampeg fullstack. A PA and four monitors. The guitarist plays a Washburn Dime Series and a Line6 halfstack. Will be purchasing a Roland electronic drumset soon...
