I'm Rick, a drummer with four years spent practicing alone, and finally feeling the urge to get back out.

I am looking for a tightly knit band that is full of energy and power. Age is not so much of an issue as competence in instruments played and musicianship.

I was in various bands from 1975 to 1985 and gigged on a regular basis (largest venue I played was about 2000 people).

Thanks to many years of practice I have a very large repertoire and can play all types of music and am not limited to one generation or style.

Equipment List:

Core kit is the Gretsch Catalina series power kit with a 26 in. kick drum. Standard four piece layout with an extra floor tom with Evans G2 drum heads.

Other hardware includes:
Piccolo snare, piccolo tom, GMS G-tubes. Gibraltar hardware. Pearl Eliminator double pedal system. Twelve Zildjian cymbals with varying tonalities.

Effects include:
Raintree windchimes, Pearl tempo blocks.
