WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING MALE LEAD VOCALIST AND ALSO RHYTHM GUITARIST!!!

I am 38/M married musician who spent the better part of his life travelling in some of the best bands to come out of this area, most recently a 5 year stint with the Vegas band out of Youngstown, OH. I no longer travel, have my own successful business, have a big basement, a huge PA, lights, 32 channels, efx, enough power for whatever, we need to find a great guitar player with vocals and male lead singer. I'm open to just about anything of quality. I don't need to do this for money, I want to do it for the love of the show. I can sequence fully or partially, but am a YSU - Dana School of Music - trained musician. I can work a whole show into the sequencer, including lights, fog, etc. We're putting together a great rock/funk/r&b band that will make people gasp...If you have the talent, we'll make the time. You can reach me at steelcitymusic at hotmail dot com. or check my space profile rooster16148

Influences:

Prince, The Time, well, the whole Minneapolis thing, Spyro Gyra, Toto, Yes (80s and 90s), great rock bands with keyboards (of course), anything interesting - very subjective, i realize...

Equipment List:

There's not enough room. I have everything that would be required to carry my load as a keyboard player and singer; I also have everything that a travelling band could want or need to play just about any venue.

OK - for inquiring minds - here's the short list: Roland JV-1080, Roland S-50, Roland S-550, Roland Juno-1, Yamaha SY-35, Crumar Bit One, Ensoniq MK-6, Several laptop computers, Roland MC-500 MK II Sequencer, Cakewalk 9, That pretty much covers the boards/sequencing equip. On the sound side, besides various amps and homemade cabinets, the main system is a Carvin 4-way with 18's, 15's, 8's and horns, Carvin 32-Channel board with onboard efx, 16-channel snake, Art Efx, Carvin 3 way crossover, Alesis 31 band eq, Aphex Aural Exciter, Carvin and Alesis Amps totalling about 4000 watts.

Lights - 8 64's, 8 par 36's, 4 emo scanners, various dj-style lights, 256 channel DMX controller with MIDI, fog machines, etc.

Trust me, there's plenty I've left out - mics, stands, DIs, trees, trusses, etc.

Finally, I have a 26' International Box Truck with a hydraulic lift that I use in my business but easily carries all of this equipment and more.
