I grew up in the San Francisco Bay area playing rock & roll in late 60's and 70's. My 2 brothers and I formed a band called Melba Toast playing all orignal music in 1967. We played with a lot of up and coming players like; The Loading Zone with Linda Tillery, Stained Glass featuring Jim
Mc Pherson and Tom Byrant/Capitol Records, Michael Hawsack/ Doobie Brothers to name a few. Bass guitar was my main instrument at that time but I've always played guitar as well. Self taught untill college in 74 where I studied classical, improvasational jazz theory and voice. I seem to always go back to my roots in rock and R&B. I've performed on stage professionally for many years playing in power trio's to 8 piece horn bands. Music is my soul and it is calling me again. Looking to hook up with multi talented guitarist, bassist, keyboards and drummer.

Influences:

Robin Ford, Eric Clapton, Dylan, Hendrix, Beatles, Roy Orbitson, Marvin Gay, James Brown, Coltrane, Four Play and the Rippington's. Too many to list, I love them all.
