I'm looking for musicians or bands that are interested in making music that has an original sound and feel. I'm interested in using a variety of styles and genres.

I play the drums and various world percussion instruments. These include Congas, djembe, bongos, and tombak. I have a unique style that blends Persian, Latin, and African styles and sounds for an experimental and sometimes tribal-esque feel, also good for backing percussion.

Influences:

My influences come from many different styles of music. Godsmack, Santana, Dead Can Dance, and the persian percussion ensemble Zarbang are at the core of my style. I am also influenced by some great percussionists, such as Giovanni Hidalgo, Tito Puente, Hakim Ludin, and Behnam Samani.
