I am looking to join a jazz band, mainly for fun, but if it develops into something more serious I am open to that as well. I like jazz standards, but would also like to play funk and fusion jazz.
My music teacher for a couple of years was Shelley Kohen - lead alto sax player for Benny Goodman to whom I owe a lot.
