I have been singing for a local cover band for the past year but am currently looking for a new project. I’d like to find an established band looking for a new front man that I can plug into right away and start gigging but wouldn’t be opposed to starting from the ground up if the situation was right. I can bring my crowd and my venues. Due to scheduling conflicts with some of my current band mates I’m not able to gig as often as I would like (a show every weekend would be nice).
About me… I’m a 25 year old male currently living in Lawrenceville who woke up at his desk one day and decided he missed performing. I went on a few auditions, found a local cover band and have been having a blast ever since. I’ve been playing shows at @atmosphere, Uptown Loft, The Tavern at Medlock and other locations in the metro-Atlanta area. I’m an energetic, all over the stage, "get the crowd into it" kinda guy so if your idea of a band is sitting on a stool playing an acoustic this not going to be the project for you. I’ve got wireless mic gear so climbing on bars and dancing with the crowd are not uncommon.
If you need a sample prior to an audition let me know and I’ll throw together a karaoke track or a live recording from one of our shows but I’d rather just come to one of your rehearsals and rock it out in person. I love all sorts of rock ranging from early Eagles and Steppenwolf, to the softer side of Goo Goo Dolls and Matchbox 20, up through the harder Disturbed and Godsmack vein.
