I've been playing guitar for a few years now. I'm 30 yrs old. I would like to start a band-Christian rock-type. I know a few Metallica songs on guitar. I have been influenced the most by them. As a Christian I like Kutless A LOT as well as Third Day. They are my main influences now as a Christian. I have not yet written any original stuff,lyrically, but would like to try. I have some riffs stored away, but haven't tried putting any lyrics to any of them. I'm looking for people to jam with that can become a bands and are SERIOUS about making music for God and recording original material. DO NOT WANT TO BE A COVER BAND but am willing to play a few, if need be.
