Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Ron Zemanek has been performing for 30 years. His broad range of musical influences have enabled him to captivate audiences throughout his career as a performer. Ron is self taught and has has performed sharing the stage with many great performers from instrumental progressive rock & metal to funk & modern country, A respected bassist, professional gear, a positive attitude, and a hell of a nice guy. Currently continuing efforts locally and nationally. Seeking Local/Regional/National Touring Band and/or Studio Work.

Influences:

All great bands and players of all genres. I do not limit myself stylistically, however, some of my top favorite players are Dave LaRue, John Pena, John Myung, and the list goes on. My preferred musical style is Instrumental Progressive Rock but I also enjoy playing Modern Country and Rock. I play with integrity, intensity, and I am clear about my role as a bassist, always keeping it real.
