Hello and thanks for reading past the headline. I appreciate it. I’m looking for others to collaborate with. I have a creative music project that is moving forward nicely and there is still room for a few other musicians. Are you a versatile musicians who wants to be involved in an original project? I seek creative musicians who want to create music, and continue to grow and expand musically in a professional environment.
ABOUT ME...I play keyboards, sing, write and play also and soprano sax when needed. My background includes playing at various clubs, doing casuals, and studio time. I write in a variety of styles, which makes it necessary for me to work with very versatile players.
ABOUT THE CONCEPT... It is my ongoing intention to develop a community of creative musicians by providing a meeting place and connecting point. I seek those who are interested in the art form of songwriting and crafting original music. I’m interested in recording and playing casual gigs around town.
WHO WOULD BE A GOOD FIT... Those can sing ( or at least try to ), those who can relate to chord charts, have a professional playing background, those who are are interested in original music, have a sense of humor, and want to be a part of a team. If you want to continue to grow as a musician then I believe you will feel right at home.
WHO WOULD NOT BE A GOOD FIT... Those interested in folk, country, punk, metal or playing cover tunes. Those, who are trying to make a living at playing music. Guitar players who have little knowledge of chord structure, chord voicing, and who get their main thrill from playing loud guitar solo’s. Vocalists, who are looking for a back up band. And those who want to be in a cover band.
ATMOUSPHERE... We keep the volume at a professional level, and often rehearse parts of a song until that part is well polished before moving on to the rest of the song. This is a place to construct songs and try ideas. It can also be seen as a social event where musicians can meet each other, try different ideas, co-write songs, share inspiration, and have a good laugh at all of the crazy ideas that didn't work. A core group of musicians have started to form. We have a great playing situation going and this is a nice opportunity for other creative and talented musicians.

Over the years I have listened to blues, rock, R&B, soul, jazz, latin, swing, and I draw from all of these styles when writing. I seek well rounded and versitile musicians to make music with.
