Band to Join.ABOUT
I'm from the NYC area (NJ) and go to school in NYC so anywhere in the area I'll work with. I've been playing for a while, mostly guitar and piano. I have limited experience on bass but I'm confident I'd be able to pick it up easy. Because of this, I'd be willing to work with anyone, no matter what you play. I'm open to where the band would go, although I tend to lean towards alternative influences. I'm pretty much just trying to find some people to play with, write some songs and try to find some gigs hopefully. I don't really care if you're as talented as Sid Vicious or John Entwistle, just enthusiastic about playing. If the environment is right, I'd be willing to commit a lot of my time towards the band, but its fine if you just want to play a few local gigs. I guess you could say I take a very punk approach to music in that our music could be whatever we want it to be.

Influences
I like a lot of stuff, like Bob Dylan, Pink Floyd, The Who, T Rex, Bruce Springsteen, Jimi Hendrix, Grateful Dead. But as I said, I tend to lean towards alternative/punk for my influences, such as Dinosaur Jr, the Minutemen, Operation ivy, Black Flag, Sex Pistols, Pixies, Nirvana, the Clash, the Wipers, among others.
