I have been playing the kit off and on for about 25 years, very seriously for the last 10 years. The last time that I took lessons, my instructor said; "Ron, I can't teach you anymore, you have to go out and play." I am looking to play with a band or just a few musicians. Trying to get started any experience will help at this point. I love playing Iron maiden, Queensryche, Scorpions. Lets get together and enjoy a few hours of just plain FUN! I only play what I like, I do not like to conform thats been my biggest hurdle to over come when looking for people to play with.

Influences:

Nicko McBrain (Iron Maiden), Scott Rockenfield (Queensryche), Herman Rarebell (Scorpions), Lars Ulrich (Metallica), you get the picture. The longest it takes me to learn a song and be comfortable playing it, is one week, even if I have never heard it before. I am not saying that I am the best drummer in the world but, one week is pretty good, don't you think?

RMV (Brazilian), black mettalic, 7 Piece, w/a double-bass pedal. 6 cymbals (Zildjian), (1 hi-hat, 3 crash (17,19,21), 1 ride, 1 china. It is bad-ass, and it looks good on stage.
