I am 43 years old and am looking for a singer, rhythm guitarist, bassist, and drummer to form a cover/original band. I'm looking for conscientious/responsible people about my age who are into playing cover songs TIGHTLY and working on some original material. I tend to like melodic rock songs, some 80's, lots of 90's, modern rock, alternative, and a few classics.
Please DO NOT contact me if you are into country, bluegrass, hip hop, rap, top 40, or screamo nonsense. I am not looking for drama queens or bipolar/psychotic/alcoholic/drug-addicted people. If you respect your fellow musicians, don't show up late for practice. I don't mind a couple of drinks after the gig is over, but I don't respect people who don't respect music, and who therefore don't perform sober. I don't drink alcohol before I play, so I expect others to have the same degree of devotion to their craft. I don't do drugs. Period.
I know about 90-100 rock cover songs. I have 2 original rock songs that are complete and just need to be recorded. I have several other partially completed lyrics/riffs which need your input to complete. If you'd like to form a serious band, please contact me ASAP.
I work full-time and music is a serious hobby. I don't play it to earn a living, but for self-expression and enjoyment. If you are of like mind, let's try it out.

Gibson Les Paul Studio, Fender VG Strat, Jackson Dinky, Fender Frontman 212 solid state amp, Digitech RP500 pedals, Roland Synth pedals, Roland SonicCell Synth Module, Roland TD-6 electronic drums (if you have an acoustic kit, great).
