Hello to all Musicians
Recently my band Riot Point broke up due to different in opinions and the direction the band should go in. So I still would like to get this band and this project off the ground, so here is my project plan for this band. Please don’t reply to this ad if this doesn’t falls in line in what you are looking for in a band. Most of the music that we will be playing will be all original that we all write in the studio or music that I have written already.

We will play some covers as well, but the main focus will be our original music. I have my own studio in my home that we can work out of so that we don’t have to pay for studio time. I have a lot of recording gear and software to produce our first demo. I am looking at meeting up at least once or twice a week; I live in east valley in Mesa.

Here are some of the bands that influence and inspire me to write music: Seven Dust, Disturbed, Alter Bridge, Five Finger Death Punch, Tantric and Drowning Pool. For bands that have female singers are: In This Moment, HaleStorm, Flyleaf, We Are the Fallen, Kittie and FireFlight.

Here is what I am looking in band members:
Lead singer Male or Female: I am looking for someone that can sing and also add emotion to the song that they are singing. You must be able to write lyrics and guide other band members on vocal arrangements in the studio. This person will be my right hand person in the studio and my center man on stage.

Bass player: This person will be my left hand man in the studio and on the stage. I am really looking for someone that can help write with the music in the studio. I can play bass as well but I would like to have someone else’s influences on the music that we are writing.

Drummer: This person brings everyone together and adds the boom to the band, I need someone that can do double bass and keep time. As you can see by my influences, I love the heavy groove and the tightness of the bass guitar and the drums.

Some of our musical influences are Five Finger Death Punch, Korn, SevenDust, Kill Switch,Drowning Pool, Pantera, SlipKnot, Disturbed, and Avenged Seven Fold. oh did i say SevenDust Hmmmmm oh yea SevenDust.
