ABOUT

I'm mostly interested in a non-bar performing group Cafe's or private gatherings would be acceptable. I can only commit to about once per week for practices and more for performances. I am also interested in finding an informal group or fellow musician to jam with. An ideal situation would be another female who also sings and plays an instrument but I'm open to various options.

I play acoustic guitar and sing mostly but I am not one who is set on singing all the time at all. I like to just sit back and play acoustic as part of the group or sing harmonies just as much.

I have a Mandolin, but it's something I'm just learning how to play. I play chop chords ok but I'm still improving my technical skills.

I also play a little bit of keyboards. In a group I could play some tunes like Faithfully - Journey, or Bright Lights - Matchbox 20, or just little solo parts like the Accordian in "Kiss Me". But it's not my primary instrument at all.

I am currently involved in our church praise band but that's the only formal group I've played in with my guitar. It has been good experience and it gives me the opportunity to serve doing something I also enjoy.

I know a LOT of country, and I'm comfortable with pretty much anything country. But for Pop stuff, I thought I'd list some of the songs already in my repretoire...
