Singer/songwriter/guitarist presently performing in Montgomery AL area, fronted and played sideman with several bands over the last 20 years doing r&b & funk, blues, rock, and originals. Very versatile player, efficient with lead vocals and harmonies. Auditioned for The Red Hot Chili Peppers on guitar in 1993, worked with the late legendary blues harp player Topper Price in the mid-nineties, played with David Allan Coe in 2003, opened shows for Willie Nelson, KC & The Sunshine Band, Alabama, The Black Crowes and Pat Green. Scott performs hundreds of songs, from Cole Porter to Jimi Hendrix, Merle Haggard to Marvin Gaye. Scott currently fronts Montgomery-based power trio HAT TRICK , as well as performing every Monday night at 1048 Jazz & Blues, and with SaBaDaS (Sam Williams - sax + flute) every Tuesday night at The Shack and other venues in the Montgomery area. "Gemini" (2012) contains 12 original songs with some great players including Oteil Burbridge of The Allman Brothers Band. Second album "Simpatico" is currently in post-production for a March 2015 release. The videos are of some original compositions, "Make A Stand" solo acoustic and "Peace Highway" with HAT TRICK.
