Im 18, Ive been playing since i was in middle school. I commit pretty much every day to learning, playing, writing, and recording my own solo material which can be found at ./seanbalas .
I am influenced mainly by a mix between Rage Against the Machine and the Red Hot Chili Peppers, the larger of the two being John Frusciante of the Chilis.
Ive learn songs everyday on whims, music is fun for me, i play things from Louie Armstrong's "Its a Wonderful World" to Hendrix's "Little Wing" to Rage's "Bulls on Parade".
I spent roughly a year learning theory on my own. My technical abilities are not at the shredding level, but thats not really what i want to do so i havent concentrated much on it.
I have been learning everything i can about recording and engineering and am fairly good at using the entire iZotope suite to produce my music.
