My style is my own, but it is reminiscent of John Bonham, Ian Paice, Cozy Powell (Rainbow), Scott Columbus (Manowar), and other great Hard Rock and Metal drummers.
I'm looking for other people who are into what I guess could best be described as "Epic"/"Symphonic" Power Metal, and Neo-Classical style metal.
I studied voice for a few years with the intentions of becoming a lead vocalist, so I can sing back up vocals.
I'm not interested in playing anything but Hard Rock or Metal at this time.
I don't mind playing covers, but I'd rather do originl interpretations of them than play them just like everyone else does. What's the point in doing that?
I would prefer an original band.
Manowar, Kamelot, Stratovarius, Blind Guardian, Nightwish, Yngwie Malmsteen, etc. I also like a few of the newer bands that are out like Avenged Sevenfold, but I'm really looking to do something along the lines of Kamelot, Straovarius, or Nightwish.
