About

I just started out last year as a musician and have made inquiries into other established bands and have had no luck. I have a family background in professional singing and performing, as well as, have performed myself. I have been writing lyrics for songs for a while now and would love to put them to some music eventually, when it's ready. I practice and work at my vocal abilities everyday without amplification but need to make the next step (I am told I am a Baritone, but think I have various ranges. I can sing (and scream when needed) and would love to join an established band, but am willing to start up with some others looking to join up. I am willing to get together at almost any time. You can reach me via dj_freak7 at msn com. Please contact me if interested in either joining me or having me join you; put something regarding music in the subject line considering that almost all email goes to my junk box.

Influences

Almost anything. I am an eclectic and am willing to use any kind of influence, but I am mostly into Rock. My singing style can range from Sick Puppies and Trust Company to other areas of modern rock like Seether, Theory of a Deadman, or Ozzy. I have been told I do better with country or pop type music, but know that rock varies in its sound so it shouldn't be a bad mix (in my opinion). I have done some singing with a shared female lead vocals as well, for Seether's Broken; Lady Antebellum's Need You Now; and Black Label Societies's In This River. I have no problem sharing with a female lead if desired.

Equipment List

I don't have any equipment at this time, but I am willing to buy as long as it is good professional equipment.
