About

I'm a 19 year old drummer. Mature, kinda shy. I'm a college student at UM. I've been playing drums for 5 years on and off. I'm self-taught, but I am desperately looking to improve whenever I can, but I have yet to receive formal lessons. I like to play music for music's sake. My tastes tend to be different than most people, so I'm looking for people who share the same influences or who at least have the same mentality about music that I do.

Influences

My biggest musical influences are Progressive rock (Yes, King Crimson, ELP, Genesis, Gentle Giant, Rush, Pink Floyd), Grunge (Soundgarde, Pearl Jam, Screaming Trees, Temple of the Dog, Alice in Chains). I also enjoy jazz, jazz fusion, classic rock, Tool, RHCP, A Perfect Circle, Radiohead, and much much more.
