Vocalist - General, Rhythm Guitar, Lead Guitar, Keyboard, Background Singer.
We are a modern rock band that started up in Scranton a few months ago. We know a bunch of covers that we play together a few times a week but our intent is to do all original materiel and maybe throw out a cover or two for the hell of it and to fill set lists. Currently seeking another guitarist (but will consider keys) to fill out our lineup.
We're waiting until we find our 5th and final member to start working seriously on the originals. This is because we know how crappy it is to join a band and have to learn all their original material without having been there to contribute to it when they wrote it... we don't want to do that to anybody. We've got some skeletons of songs that we plan to develop and a boatload of riffs/notebooks full of lyric ideas waiting for the final person to join us so we can make it happen.
We are looking to start playing out as soon as we have our 5th person in place and comfortable! We have already turned down two opportunities to play large shows because we didn't want to go out there and just play a bunch of covers. We might do some 20-30 minute spots at open mic nights to work out the kinks in the coming weeks as we develop a big enough portfolio of originals to be able to book sets of all-original music (at which time we'll be leaving the covers behind for good unless we decide to throw one in for fun.)

COVERS WE KNOW:
Getting Away With Murder (Papa Roach)
Animal I Have Become (3 Days Grace)
Bad Girlfriend (Theory Of A Deadman)
Sugar We're Goin' down (Fall Out Boy)
Fully Alive (Flyleaf)
My Goddess (The Exies)
All The Small Things (Blink 182)
Scars (Papa Roach... the singer doesn't really care for this one)
Tom plays a Fender through a Peavey rig, Andy plays Ibanez and Jackson through a Marshall rig with tons of effects pedals, Chris plays a DW set. We have an awesome PA with two huge speakers. We have rented, comfortable, secure practice space in downtown Scranton.
