I was under the impression setting up for a band would mean I wanted to collaborate, and form one, not already have one. No matter, this is what I want...
I am a bassist and have played for awhile now. Played in a relatively successful band in Kansas City, MISSOURI (not kansas). I played on tv, radio, big venues, battle of the bands, etc.
What I am looking for: like minded individuals who want to jam and write our own music. I don't mind playing a cover here and there. For the most part I am all about writing original material. I love the collaborative process and think that brings a band into its own. I have recorded material before and love that process so much.
Thing is, I haven't been in a band in awhile and I am craving being on stage and getting back out and gigging. I don't have a whole lot of rules other than being on time and not showing up hammered or twacked outta your mind.
