I'm looking to start a progressive jazz style band with southern rock and blues roots. I'm am looking for musicians that enjoy playing music because.....they like to play music. I'm not interested in doing a cover band ,been there done that many times over and it's boring. Covering a song to put your own twist on it is fine ,a set list of covers is not! I'm looking to collaborate with serious, experienced musicians for the soul purpose to write one of a kind ,creative music. I'm not interested in teaching people how to play. I do NOT claim to be Neil Peart nor am I Buddy Rich but after playing drums for 20+years I can hold my own and I expect you to do the same. I'm would like this to grow into something serious where we could play some shows and have some fun which for me is the main focus. I DO NOT WANT DRUG HEADS, ALCOHOLICS, ROCKSTARS OR ANY OTHER B.S.......AND MY WIFE DOES NOT RUN A DAYCARE.

Me....that's it just me. To say a little about myself. I've been playing music for.......forever it seems. I like all styles of music. Progressive rock and jazz is by far my favorite. I'm 41 my kids are grown and I'm ready to beat the hell out my drums and write some killer music.

EQUIPMENT

Too much crap to list here ....but I have my own home recording studio ( not just a computer running protools) which is its own building ,not in or part of my house, where we can write, practice, and record.
