I have just started getting serious about this although music has always been my passion. I was living in Texarkana where I did have a solo gig at one of the nightclubs and I was always at the open jams around town.

Influences:

Stevie Nicks is a huge influence as well as Janis Joplin and Melissa Etheridge. I have a raspy voice and I am told that I sound just like Stevie Nicks. If I were to burn a cd right now I'd have to say that it would have Stevie Ray Vaughan, 3 doors down, Matchbox 20, NIckelback, Evanescence, Black Crows, and Candlebox on it to give you general idea of what I like.

I have an Ovation Ultra Acoustic 6 string, an Ovation Ultra Acoustic/Electric 12-string. I have a small Peavey practice amp, a mic, and a mic stand.
