ABOUT

Started playing bass in 1986 listening to bands from the SST Labels like Firehose, Minutemen and Meatpuppets. When the 90’s started I got into playing the ‘Alternative’ Music of the times such as STP, Alice in Chains, Sound Garden, and so on (No, don’t think I ever played Nirvana).

As the 90’s progressed, I played in different cover bands until ’96 when I joined forces with Noon Tide. This was original rock music which lead to us cutting a named album. Now in ’98 I met up with Basmajian which was original rock/alternative style music, until that went defunct when Computer Learning center got in the way (Which was a blessing in disguise.)

I stopped playing bass full time after this as I started a career and moved to Delaware, where I guess a music scene was non existent. I then moved to Charlotte in ’05 and still didn’t even think about playing bass at this time, but still played the old minutemen, firehose, mike watt, meat puppets, zeppelin and rush every now and then to keep a little fresh.

Move on to 2014 where I decided after slot cars, and several different hobbies, playing bass started coming back into my mind. It was at this time I was playing more often, searching for better equipment, and seeking people to play with.

After a year I am just about back on my game ready to rock it. Currently seeking the right opportunity to have fun and enjoy this hobby.
