I'm listening to a good deal of Nick Curran, C.W. Stoneking, hank lll, Samhain, Bartok, Mingus, Jimmy garrison, paul chambers, Hank Sr, J. Cash, suicidal tendencies, ben webster, Bowie, Motorhead, Charlie Patton, Josh White, Charlie Christian, victoria spivey, portishead...rare old rockabilly hillbilly boogie comps. Enrico Caruso!!!

EQUIPMENT

I play a german made 3/4 size double bass with a realist pickup through a v4 ampeg head and a fender spectrum cab 2X10"+18" I also play through an american made fender blues deville 4x10". I use a french bow.

Guitars: 1940's Marvel archtop, Vintage 60's King hollowbody, 1968 Gibson SG with patent numbered humbuckers that was found in the trash broken and restored. A $4.99 goodwill special antique nylon string guitar from Espaina

Microphone: 40 dolla pawn shop shure 55 lookalike.
