Hey all I am a bassist and I have been playing for about 8 years. I have a very diverse musical background and have trained and preformed on various other brass instruments. I am looking to start up a band thats more on the melodic side. Something that still cares about good vocals and harmonies for the most part. Just to give you some ideas and examples of what I mean, think along the lines of bands like:
Staind
10 Years
Mad At Gravity
Red
Framing Hanley
Chevelle
Evans Blue
You know bands like that. My band recently disolved and it has left a bittersweet taste but it was probablly for the best. So if you are interested or want to play some music along the lines of what I have listed then hit me up. I can also send you some stuff my old band did so you can hear how I play and get a feel for where I am coming from and the style I would like to keep kinda. also i am 21, have my own gear, transportation, and a full time job. i would prefer people in the same age range but not set in stone and please no bums or douchebags
