About

I am primarily interested in collaborating to compose and record original tunes or creatively adapted covers. I enjoy jamming and gigging too, but as this point in time, I am mostly looking to compose and record.

My main goal is to produce an "album" which has music I am proud of and will be pleasing for other people to hear too!

Influences

Many influences from several genres. To be brief, I was originally inspired and influenced by the virtuosity of Eddie Van Halen at the age of 13. Later I got into more heavy rock/metal such as Metallica and Iron Maiden and more into blues/rock from Stevie Ray Vaughan and Jimi Hendrix.

Lately, I've been listening to a lot of The Raconteurs, Cage the Elephant, Crash Kings, DMB, Rage Against the Machine, and Vertical Horizon.

Equipment List

I have a decent acoustic and two electric guitars. One is a custom-made black guitar based on a shark-style body which is a modern adaptation of the classic strat-style. The other is a stripped down and custom painted strat-style Ibanez.

I sold my amp when I was living in Europe but could easily buy a new one anytime when needed. I do have a 2x12 Gallien Kruger speaker cab which will be useful once I get another amp.
