SORG Theatre
The SORG Opera House in Middletown, Ohio, was built in 1891. It showed opera until 1915, when it switched to movies. In 1985 it was changed back into a stage theater.
The Road Apple Sorg Music Theater hosts weekly performances ranging from live bands, movies, plays, art shows and much more. The theater is as beautiful as it was in the 1800s. This historical theater is alive again and we are very proud to be a part of that! Today, thanks to Road Apple Music, we are honored to bring Christian music venues to the SORG theatre!
If you are a band or solo artist who loves the Lord Jesus Christ & wants to spread the joy of His mighty salvation to the world, please don't hesitate to contact us. We truly believe that music is the doorway to the soul. What better way to witness about Christ, than to use your own experiences to share with others!
We are also scheduling Christian ministry conferences & Christian youth groups who are in need of a large venue in which to worship.
The onsite Road Apple Music store offers musical instruments, used cd's, dvd's, vinyl record's, video games and systems, computer systems, vocal and guitar lessons, guitars, drums, keyboards, trumpets, flutes, amps & much more!
The Fourth Floor Ballroom is now home to the game room. This room is open daily and offers pool tables, arcade games, foose-ball tables and a huge screen for video games. The ballroom has a stage for live music & other entertainment.
Coming soon, The Road Apple Cafe will open. This coffee shop will offer sandwiches, soups, pastries, ice cream, and of course COFFEE! We plan on hosting live acoustic acts, poetry etc. We are very excited to see the opening of this café.
