ABOUT

We bring to you a world of beautiful pain, a world without boundaries or distinctions. What you think you see blinds you, what you think you hear is only silence, what you think you know, you cannot ever understand. Our image is as important as our sound in defining us and our world. Join us, and breathe new life, escape the world you thought you knew, and begin to believe again.

Why the masks?
Many people have approached us to ask, rather skeptically, why we wear masks when performing. Are we ripping off one of our favourite artists? Are we trying to be one of those hardcore, poser-satanic bands? Are we faking protecting our identity? Patiently, I answer them: No. We wear masks because when we play our music, we are no longer a small, outlandish girl and a creepy punk-goth man; we are not Americans, nor are we straight, gay, bisexual, male or female, caucasian, black, hispanic, asian; nothing of the sort. In fact, we are all of these things, and none of them. We are the spirit of those who listen to our music, the essence of all that we and our art represent, the personification in two what the rest of the world, all of humanity, feels and needs and worships, lives for and dies for. We are our music, and all those who appreciate it (and sometimes don't). That is why we wear masks on stage.
