A Thousand years
A Thousand years Genre: Alternative
I recorded this song on my old TEAC 244 analog 4-track in a bedroom as well. I originally crafted the base riff on my Alesis MMT-8 sequencer using a cheesy piano lower base key sound in the first draft of the song before having Todd (my base player)put this track down with a real base.

Donna
Donna Genre: R&B
I recorded this song on my old TEAC 244 analog 4-track. I played the drums, piano and vocals on this one. I think this song would be ideal for a Nashville artist to cover or even better yet Chris Robinson of the Black Crowes. If only I new how to get it to him? Chris, if you're listening, lets do lunch bro. Have you're agent call me and bring that hot wife Kate with you (ha). An airplane inspired this song. I really dig airplanes and how they defy gravity! I wrote this song one night when i was living in Hollywood. I was stoned out of my gourd, sitting in my car in the Hollywood Hills (Beachwood Canyon Dr.), watching jetliner strobes flicker through the night's sky in rout to LAX.

Freezing
Freezing Genre: Punk
I recorded this song on my old TEAC 244 analog 4-track in a bedroom. The sound quality is a bit ruff but is compensated with a good dose of rage and passion. This track was voted number one by the people's choice awards on Honolulu's radio station 'The Edge' The song went as far as to surpass island favorite Ziggy Marley and many others on Honolulu's 'Radio Free Hawaii' as well as a nice review in "Huh" music magazine. I'm proud of this one.

Man With out A Heart
Man With out A Heart Genre: Electronic
I recorded this song on my old TEAC 244 analog 4-track in my bedroom using an Alesis MMT-8 sequencer and a Roland DR-550 drum machine.I wanted the intro of the song to have a gothic choral feel. It's a pretty scary attempt of me trying to be goth (ha). I was very happy with the end results of the sequencing tracks even though they were a complete nightmare to produce. It took hours programming the drum machine pattern to get right. The vocals came out ok too.

Enslavement for Tenderness
Enslavement for Tenderness Genre: Alternative
I recorded this song on my old TEAC 244 analog 4-track in an industrial storage locker in Lahaina Hawaii. Im playing drums on this one as well as singing. Clark my guitar player did a nice job of putting a fat crunchy guitar track down using his Marshall half stack and a Gibson Les Paul. The vocals are a bit week on this track. I guess that's why it's called a demo but none the less Im proud of the lyrics. The lyrics evoke feelings of traditional Rock-n-Roll rage and angist in a fun passionate spirit. Even though the composition is a bit rudementry this one still feels good to me.

Stand Like You'er Open
Stand Like You'er Open Genre: Funk
This was recorded on an analog cassette 8-track in a bedroom as well. I think this is one of the best sounding songs performed as a band (King Nudie). Todd does some amazingly tight/funcky base tracks on this one and the entire band sounds incredibly tight.
