I've been messing around with music for nearly 30 years. Guitar mainlly, and harmonica and some keyboards. Recently took up Djembe so I could add some drums to the stuff I've recorded without blowing the bank, lol. Never really been in a band, but I love creating music, and I record on a Boss BR600 right now.

Influences
Being 45 years old, of course some of my influences have been classic rock. Growing up the two main influences were Rush and Kansas. I liked the classical guitar of Steve Howe as well. In my 20's and 30's i felt a real connection with some of the alternative stuff, Pearl Jam and Temple of the Dog come to mind. And lately I've reconnected with some of the world type music of Paul Simon and Peter Gabriel (hence the Djembe). I'm not sure where I'm going with anything, I think that's why I'm still solo, lol.
EQUIPMENT
Nothing I own is high end. I'm not an instrument collector or affectionado. I have to make due with what I can afford. My biggest buy has been my digital recorder. I have a fair acoustic, classical and strat copy and an Ibanez bass. I have a Djembe and assorted rythmm instruments and a few hohner harmonicas and a cheap keyboard workstation with some pretty impressive sounds for the price.
