I'm 39 years of age and spend most of my time in the Birmingham area. I'm looking to join an already formed band looking for a guitarist to round the band out or to form a hard rock/metal/punk/alt band with like minded individuals who want to do mainly covers but eventually do original material. Please no "kids" bands. I just had to leave a band that had "kids" in it but it was my side order of bread and butter. I'm available Monday - Friday and some weekends. I can and will make arrangements for weekends when and if it's neccesary. Please see influences below. I'll try to make it simple.

My influences....WHEW!!!!! Here we go. Well 1st of all I'd like to find a band that can do at least one song from each of the following:
Misfits, Ramones, Clash, S.O.D., Slayer, Metallica, Alice In Chains, TOOL, Smashing Pumpkins, Seven Mary Three, KISS, Rush,
NIN, Circle Jerks, Skid Row, Clutch, Crowbar, Prong, Pantera, Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd, The WHO, The Kinks, Live, Bush, Black Crowes, Anthrax, Venom, Slipknot, Overkill, Tesla, Van Halen, Cream, Deep Purple, etc etc etc. I know Im leaving some off but I wanted to make it clear that I don't want to do ANY COUNTRY. I also know a lot of blues tunes but I like to Hendrixize them.

1 Peavey 4x12 with Sheffields
1 Randall 4x12 with Celestions
1 Peavey Triple X head
1 Yorkville 1x12 combo with a Celestion
1 VERY OLD peavey EQ
1 pedal board with the following:
Vox Wah ,Distortion, Stereo Chorus, Flanger, Rotory speaker effect, Delay.
As for guitars I have about 8 electrics plus 2 more at my disposal and 1 cheapo accoustic.
1 Shure SM 58 mic
1 Audio Tech mic
Various cables
And I do have a few gig connections to boot.
