I am a breakout songwriter/screamer seeking musicians and a female vocalist to produce a single that I have penned lyrics and mapped music for. The title of this single is "Gina" and it is a requiem inspired by a young girl that died of cancer. But don't write it off based on that description, "Gina" is going to rock. It will be a blending of the brutal and gentle musical elements. This is a one song project not requiring long-term commitment. I am looking for a female vocalist and at least a drummer, lead guitarist and bassist that can play the hell out of their instruments. I have access to quality recording equipment and a home studio (not mine). Full recognition will be given to all those involved with this project.

The most recent CDs I bought are Paramore, Flyleaf and Within Temptation. I have been listening to a lot of Underoath and Costanza Francavilla lately. My favorite song right now is "Vice Like Vipers" by Oh, Sleeper.

I do moan/scream, but I write lyrics beyond my ability. This single I am producing will be in the same musical vein as "Darling" and "Reach" both by Eyes Set to Kill and "Writing on the Walls" by Underoath. Check them out along with my uploaded single snippets and if you want to connect then message me.

The snippets under the "audio/video" section may not sound good, but it's acapella, I respect my neighbors and I am an amateur so don't let that Dissuade you.

Equipment List:

I have a pen, some paper, a PC and a voice recorder, which is all I need at this time. When ready to record I have access to a quality home studio and recording equipment.

BTW - The appellation "Stone-Face" was given me by a high school math instructor; I guess I didn't smile enough for him (: But that's most of the story behind my moniker. I want produce songs with substance musically and lyrically and that's why I go by Stone-Face. My passion is unwavering and my focus is intense.
