ABOUT

In the mid-'90s, I recorded an album for Roadrunner Records, but like most bands, we lacked support, wisdom and a truckload of luck - so we faded into obscurity. 13 years later, I've been feeling that pull again - so before I'm old and wrinkled, I thought I'd throw my line back in the water to see what's out there. I really just want to have fun; if something serious comes out of it, then sweet - let's hit the road - but that's not necessarily my main agenda. Let's just jam and see what happens.

I'd prefer to rock - but if we got together and awesome folk music came forth, then I'd roll with it. I'm open to just about anything other than religious music and rap; they both have their place, and if it's your thing, then by all means go for it - it's just not mine. ;)

The music biz is a young person's game, so at 38, I'm a relative old geezer - but I don't look it, I damn sure don't feel it, and I think I've still got something to contribute. Age, race and gender are non-issues to me; if they are for you, we probably wouldn't get very far. When I was 21, I was playing with guys in their 30s, and I learned a great deal from them. I'd like to think I could offer the same experience and wisdom to younger musicians, should they choose to play with me. I've also still got some pretty great contacts - so if we DID come up with something that had potential for success, I could get it into the right hands.

I'm a homeowner with very cool neighbors on both sides, so if jam space is an issue, I could resolve it. If you're interested, drop me a line.
